I came across this fake snow scene in the morning. It was created for a photo shoot using a snow machine. Shot in Montmartre near the Abbesses metro station.
This pretty 'snow woman' was made by my little friend Zelda (8 years of age) and I during the recent heavy snowfall in Paris. We were heading to the Louvre to continue with a project we are working on but the snow proved too tempting. I've never made a snowman before and Zelda was a wonderful teacher. She showed me how to roll the balls and shape and form them using a corn cob. I was the apprentice. Zelda should take all the credit for our snow woman's lovely form. We had a delightful time - oh the joys of children and childhood!
